    This is my second time at Hello Sunshine. My first time was a good experience, but my most recent experience was not great. The sushi rolls I ordered were falling apart in the plate. Both sushi rolls seemed to be the exact same but with just some different toppings.

    We booked hello sunshine as it is one of my husbands fave spots, not just in Banff, but anywhere. Unfortunately we were really disappointed tonight. We put in our entire order expecting it to come out spaced apart but it all came at once. We asked the server/busser to pause after they delivered more than half of our dishes, but still more came… we had to turn it away. Hello sunshine needs to do better. Additionally, our spicy tuna roll kept falling apart and the tuna on top was super sticky. We think the roll must have been pre made. We hope for better luck next time. Disappointed tonight.

    Great food! Service was also great! Our table was slightly by the door so every time the door opened we would get very cold. We had to keep our coats on, and our hands and feet were numb. Although the ramen and tea warmed us up for the most part!
