    Horrible. If I could give zeros I would. Food was horrible. Shrimp weren’t cooked. Did not refill potato bar. Chocolate splattered everywhere from fountain and no care to clean it. It was all over fruit and skewers. Ice cream completely water. Dripping everywhere. Meat was completely full of fat about 1 inch thick and they were trying to serve it at the carving station. Just stay away. $70 per person! Horrible.

    Food was Terrible. Shrimp was RAW. Meat was burnt. Really awful. I was embarrassed that I picked this place for our New Year’s Eve dinner.

    We thought that we booked New Years’ Eve event. This was simple restaurant with simple buffet food. There was no music, no celebration nothing. They brought me ordered martini drink in glass for white wine. It should not be advertised as New Years Eve celebration. And immediately after I finished my drink the server brought us a check so we got a message we should live. We were there only for 30 min party of 5 people.

    Had an awesome experience. I have a daughter who has celiac disease and the chefs came out and walked us around and let us know they had available that would accommodate, and they did absolutely everything I could’ve ever dreamed of to make sure our experience was pretty much perfect. Our server was also fantastic and I really couldn’t say anything bad really loved it.

    The food was mediocre at best. When I booked the Christmas dinner I was expecting a better meal than just typical buffet foods. Definitely not worth the cost. Plus we were charged full price for a child under 10. Glad I caught the oversight before checking out. Very disappointed

    Buffet food was dried out, including the "prime rib" (if that's what they are calling that dried out shoe leather), very limited in general, e.g. only two starch selections and the vegetables were greasy/slimy--disgusting. The salad bar was fine, as was the fruit. The dessert selection was over the top, but I wasn't there to just eat dessert! Soup was....Unidentifiable, despite the sign. It looked like two big tubs of brown and yellow broth. Some of the stations were missing utensils to take the food and there wasn't anyone available to rectify that behind the station. The pasta bar was two types of paste, one sauce, and a not-so-happy looking person behind the station to prepare it. There was NO ONE behind the carving station to cut you an end piece or to try and find a rare piece of meat and the au jus was the same as the soup described above--unidentifiable. Lastly, two drinks on the menu were "unavailable" despite the same requests being available in other parts of the hotel, including the lobby bar right across from the restaurant! Oh--one more thing: I made a reservation and there was no evidence of that in "the system" despite me showing them the email confirmation on my phone. During our stay all we kept hearing about was "the new company" that took over as an excuse for why things have gone so downhill at the resort. Well, I'm here to tell you, the new company has destroyed the otherwise great resort Camelback used to be! This was my fourth time visiting there for an extended stay and it will be my last based on all the bad changes that the "new company" has implemented. Another food related example: In the morning at the coffee shop across the lobby, you cannot have a breakfast sandwich any other way than the way it was premade, e.g. if the menu says egg, cheese, bacon on an english muffin, then you cannot get that on a bagel! Oh no! can't change it! and there's only turkey sausage....and many of the items on the menu simply aren't available either :(

    My son and I had a great experience at Hemispheres on Christmas Day. We had a reservation for 3pm which was when they first opened so everything was available and fresh and the options were plentiful. It was a great way to spend Christmas Day!

    everything was very good, everything was very tasty and very nice, the staff was attentive, the breakfast was excellent, the water park was amazing, our thanksgiving was a success, the rooms were clean, we will come back here
