   Wait for water, frozen food prep, burnt pizza, no check back from waiter, slooow. No fresh food. All frozen that tossed in sauce. Would not recommend. Would not return. Horrible!

   We made a reservation and upon arrival they said they didn’t see it. We were the only table in the restaurant and we could never find our waiter. The pizzas were great, but came out one by one so by the time the last person got their food everyone else was done and ready to go. Really disappointing experience as their food is great.

   Absolutely abysmal service this past weekend! Just about every part of our orders ended up incorrect. Never got the appetizer at all. Will never eat/drink here again. Much better options nearby!

   Wonderful!!! Everyone from the manager who greeted us to the bartender Tyler and the street corn dip was great from the start. They accommodated our large party, and made adjustments as needed. Def be back!!

   We sat down at a dirty table that wasn’t bussed/cleared for at least 15-20 minutes. Our waitress disappeared multiple times and rarely checked on us. (We didn’t see her waiting on other tables at those times either, so we’re not sure what she was doing.) It took forever to get our food—which was below average—and it was only after I pointed out to another waitress that I believed our food had been sitting under the heatlamp for an extended period of time (which it had been). The “rooftop” is 2 stories up so not much of a view. If you’re in Chattanooga for a short stay, I would venture out and find another restaurant.

   Marissa was our waitress and was absolutely amazing. We were in Chattanooga for a swim Meet, we had SEVERAL in our party including kids. She was very accommodating and patient with us. Thanks so much for having us.

   Great food with indoor and outdoor seating. The pizzas and appetizers were delicious . Great service.

    Our experience was ok. It was nice to eat outside and our server did a good job of taking care of us, despite how much was going on. We tried the Fire and Ice salad but it was inedible since it was too spicy. My husband’s burger was fine but his fries were overcooked and so was my Farm to Fig pizza. About halfway through our meal it became apparent that a wedding had ended at the hotel. They informally moved their festivities to the rooftop at High Rail which made for too many people in the outdoor space. Not sure how often the hotel experiences things like this. It was a fun “party” atmosphere for the wedding guests, but not enjoyable for those of us trying to have a more relaxed dinner experience.
