Hinoki is really incredible. There are plenty of reviews about how excellent their sushi is, so I want to call out the eggplant. A rather bland and boring vegetable, Hinoki has completely reinvented it. From texture to moisture to umami flavor to presentation, it is superb. And that’s Hinoki for you. The dish is analogous. Their preparation, creativity and refined understanding is present in everything they do. Their hospitality staff is attentive and passionate. It’s just a pleasure to go and that’s why it’s the premiere restaurant on the Avenue.

We have been to Hinoki numerous times and absolutely love it. The food and drinks are delicious and service is great. Highly recommend!
