   The food was good; however, it was so loud we couldn’t hear our server without leaning in to listen. The hostess was unfriendly when we checked in for our reservation.

   This was our first time at Hop Grill! We had nothing to compare it to and we were pleasantly surprised. My fiance is a very finicky eater. He ordered the Orange Chicken and loved it. I ordered the Brussel Sprouts appetizer and the Southwest Salmon salad as my entree. The appetizer was amazing and so was the salad. We would definitely go back!! Carmen was our server and she was great also!!

   Food and drinks were great , server was sweet and good at her job! Only minor complaint was kitchen was working on silverware prep out in front of house , was pretty loud

   We met friends from out of town and loved the menu variety, ambiance, good food, and great service. The happy hour menu also had some great food items to choose from!

   We were frequent diners here of at least 4 or more guests each time we dined. The service and food were always great but that all changed. A party of 6 of us went last night ... There was NO Pinot Noir available....NONE. so we had to make another choice...this was a sign of things to come. Regular favorites of ours were removed from the menu. Ok they are making a few changes... So we tried the chicken nachos... Not only did they come out cold but there were maybe two little pieces of chicken on the plate. Ok...new chef....we thought we would remain open minded. It was then that we looked around and realized that there were no people clearing the tables that left. They made the wait staff clean the tables. So tables sat with dishes piled up on them for a really long time before they were cleared.... Another red flag. Then we waited for an extremely long time to receive our food... Other large parties that came in after us were receiving their food before us...the food finally arrived...well only a few of us received our food. Several minutes had passed before the remaining two diners received their plates. The food was mediocre at best. Stale rolls for the chicken sandwich and a piece of salmon so thin we thought it was trout. The general manager was nowhere to be found on a Saturday night... I thought that was one of the busiest nights? Why would the general manager not be around? The assistant came over to the table and we expressed our displeasure and they removed two of the items from our check. Needless to say we will never be back. It's really a shame. One of our favorite go-to places that had an amazing staff and always had consistently good food and in a very short period of time has turned into the absolute worst. Had it not been for our waiter we probably would have walked out. Such a shame.

   I was surprised at the variety of options available on the menu. I had the salmon harvest bowl and it was outstanding. We will definitely return.

   This was our first time eating here. Everything was tasty and good options. Server was very nice. It wasn’t crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Patio was plane but it’s a good option on a nice weather day
