   Our server might have been new. She appeared to be completely overwhelmed with her two tables. We waited 45 mins for our starters and more than an hour total for entrees to be served.

   Food was really good. Great service from Sydney and people bringing out the food. Even sand for my friends bday with free dessert

   Love coming to horatios ! They easily accommodated my family and friends even when they were super busy. I had made reservations prior but didn’t think I had to mention we had stroller so baby would not be eating. Due to spacing they had to make accommodations for us. Thank you I will make sure to mention next time ! Their food is delicious and very reasonably priced ! Great portions ! And drinks are delicious too ! Thank you for your service

   My friend & I had a very enjoyable weekend lunch. The service was terrific; both the host & server were friendly and efficient. This was our first time here and the food was awesome and I felt like the pricing was great as well.

   The seafood was all excellent. I didn’t care for the seasoning on the pork chop. Desserts were wonderful. Good wine last, and yummy cocktails. Service was top notch.

   We had a rather large group. We had family in from out of town. We all arrived at different times. They sat us as we arrived. No “we will seat you when you are all here”. We appreciated that. The server was great. She was attentive, but never bothersome. The food arrived in a timely manner. We all had something different and it was all delicious.

   Excellent service very polite and professional. Easy all very organize for a party of 20 people and made it so easy for me the birthday girl to enjoy dinner. I’ll be going back again for other events

    This was my second time visiting this restaurant. We were seated by a lovely hostess, who let us choose our preferred seating area and provided us with menus. However, we sat at the table for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement, and water was not served. My boyfriend and I had already decided on our appetizers, entrees, and drinks. I saw the waitstaff assisting other tables, even returning to one behind us several times, but our waiter never introduced themselves. Eventually, we decided to leave and go to a nearby sushi restaurant, where the service was excellent. From our prior visit, the food here is good and decently priced. However, the service was much better last time. While I understand that places can be short-staffed, a basic introduction or hello and water within 20 minutes seems like a minimum expectation.
