A monthly gathering at Diverge is such a treat. The restaurant has a calm and gentle feel for the customers. The food is delicious and the staff attentive and discrete.

We recently heard about this hidden gem..We were not disappointed!The quality of food service and general presentation was superb!!Would have to be the best in town,compliments to all the staff and especially the chef.This was an outstanding venue especially compared to the long list of others we have visited in Launceston.Sorry guys (and girls) we intend keeping the place a secret (except for close friends) as we don't want it to become overcrowded and noisy.An exceptional night out and very reasonably priced...we'll be back!!!

It took 20 minutes to get a menu. When I ordered I was told to expect a 30 min wait. 1 hour later (1.5 hrs after arriving) I finally got my meal but I had to chase the waiter to get my drink. I was by no means the last person to arrive but I was definitely the last person to be served. On the upside they took my drinks off the bill.

Always happy with the service at Diverge. We stay at the verge every time we go back to Tassie (I’m from Tassie but now live in Brisbane) It’s always the same lady behind making the coffees and she’s a gem! Always bubbly, bright and vibrant! A new worker was doing the ordering and bringing out the food. There was a little hiccup where the water was spilt on the table but quickly cleaned up and apologised! She was professional and prompt! The food was delicious and well presented as always! We will Always stay at the verge and come back to Diverge for our breakfasts! :)

Beautiful food,best Salmon I’ve ever had and a nice relaxing restaurant. Mary-Anne was so lovely, welcoming and very knowledgeable.
