   They erected just too busy, I don’t think it was the severs fault but everything was slow

   The last 2-3 times I have been here the service is good, but it takes forever to get drinks and food. We had reservations at 6:30 and didn't get our wine until 7:15. We received out appetizer at 7:45 and our food 10 minutes later. Food is always good, but they take way to long. We even had people that came in after us receive their food before us. There was only 3 of us, and there was 5 of them.

   Two of the five in our group had part of their orders come out late. It would be preferable to eat both items together. And one had requested a fried chicken sandwich, received grilled. We were there to visit, so didn't comment, as we didn't want more interruptions. This is unusual for Houlihan's, maybe the kitchen was having a bumpy day?

   Food was good. Vibe is like a mid-level restaurant. I had stuffed chicken and hubby had Brentwood chicken sandwich and baked potato soup. We also had the lavosh crackers and spinach dip for an appetizer. All in all everything was good. Food quality was good. Price value was good. I would go back.

   We made reservations in advanced as we were coming with a 21 month old child. We asked to be at a round table in the restaurant. Instead we had to sit in the bar area. It was noisy and not what where we wanted to sit. However Levi is a great waiter. And the food was excellent. But I just wish our request would have been fulfilled. I really do not like sitting over in the bar. Thank you.

   Very disappointing experience. The calamari appetizer took a very long time to arrive at our table and then it was badly overcooked. It was so bad we couldn't finish it. We mentioned it to our server and he said he would "make it right." My wife's ahi tuna appetizer (that was her meal) was so-so. The ahi tuna was over-seared. When the bill arrived, the calamari had not been deducted and our server never again acknowledged that it was not acceptable. We have never seen this restaurant as busy as it was. My assessment is that the staff was overwhelmed. We'll go back but it won't be for quite a while.
