Tucked away on the third storey of Tanglin Mall, just outside Singapore’s Orchard Road shopping belt, House of AnLi boasts inviting interiors and an all-day Belgian-inspired menu based on the family recipes of founder Anne-Jean Liétaer. Feel right at home in the bistro’s immaculate space, which features floor-to-ceiling bay windows that afford you relaxing views of the lush greenery on Tanglin Road. With freshly baked goodies and aromatic Allpress coffee, as well as heartier mains and brunch options on the menu, it’s no wonder that House of AnLi constantly buzzes with activity despite its rather obscure location. Service was terrible. Waited more than 80 mins for food to begin to be served. Staff had no clue what they were doing or how to deal with the situation. Nobody cared. Supervisor useless. Will not return until the kitchen can deal with more than one plate at a time. Overall shocking experience.
