   One of our worst dining experiences in quite awhile. Our reservation was at 8:00. We were not seated until 8:45. They did offer to comp an appetizer for our wait so we were willing to forgive and move on but then the table where we were seated was broken and the table top literally spun around so no one could touch it without everything moving, including our drinks. We proceeded to order appetizers and dinner. One of our appetizers was the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was undercooked. It was basically raw on the inside. Our dinner was delivered. My bison burger was inedible. Others ordered Shepard pie, steak frites and a pasta dish. Theirs were edible but not anything anyone would order again. Now, I always like to try and end on a positive note. The Christmas decorations were above and beyond. They have done an amazing job. The drinks looked festive but we only had a bottle of Prosecco so I can’t review the cocktails. The host at the door, the bartenders and our server were all very good, even though their 20% gratuity is already included in the bill. When our bill came they had only taken the raw chicken app off and not the promised “comped” app but our waitress immediately found the manager and he took all of the appetizers off of our bill. My final thoughts… absolutely go for drinks. It was a fun Christmas vibe but unless they were just having a really bad night, they need to work on their food quality and fixing a table!

   We are obsessed with our time at Hubbard Inn & would highly recommend!! Great food & a great atmosphere! Especially around Christmas!!

   Most important thing to note: there is someone outside the door checking that you made a reservation before entering, so if you want to eat here, definitely make a reservation beforehand! We had a 5:15 reservation, and we got there at 5:10 to check-in. We were told we would have to wait and they would text us when a table opened up (they did not ask for a number, or confirm they had one). After waiting 30 minutes, we went back to the front to ask for an update. It seems they had forgotten we checked in, to our reservation but we were seated right away at one of the open tables. The drink menu was interesting, with a curated Christmas cocktail menu. Food-wise... the empanadas were ok, but the sweet and sour chicken appetizer was so undercooked that we ended up losing our appetite, and decided to ask for the check instead of ordering entrees. It was fairly loud inside between the music and the crowd, and we did find ourselves yelling to talk, despite sitting right next to each other. The waitress we had was very attentive and checked in on us multiple times, which was appreciated. The decor inside is festive, which we also enjoyed. We were able to get our coats checked for free but did notice it changed to $5 an hour later when we were leaving. Not sure if this changes throughout the night, or if we got lucky.

   We were scammed. We paid for tickets for an event at 5 pm but the space guaranteed to us did not open until 5:45 pm. We had to leave at that time for another reservation and were denied a refund. Not to mention, a staff member rudely put her arm in front of my friend of color when we were trying to enter the ticketed area at our reservation time, that was apparently still not open for us.

   The apres ski event was supposed to start at 5 pm but another group was in the space and no one asked them to leave so people who bought tickets couldn’t get in the space for quite a while. When we did finally get in the space, there was no service and no light refreshments. The staff did not seem to understand it was happening. Pretty disappointing.

   Paid $20 for “Ski Apres” party and it was in a tiny box glad the size of my studio apartment?! So not worth it, 1 drink included but it was just Seltzer, Wine or Well. No cute Christmas Cocktail

   Great holiday decor but the service was terrible and the food was inaccurate as to what was listed on the menu. Will not be returning. Make sure they actually take the reservation deposit off final bill , I had to ask, it’s not automatic.

   Tables were small if you had a small group, nowhere to put coats or purses. Overall though a fun place to celebrate the holiday season

   Event was way oversold for the very small area. Bar was very busy. Could not get a drink. Left without using our drink tickets that we paid in advance for. Waste of money.

    Table was way too small. We had reservation for holiday event and we got horrible table and hostess was rude when asked for forwent table after being seated 20 minutes late.
