Had a reservation for 7:30pm. We got there at 7:25pm and the host told us it was a 10 minute wait, no big deal. We did not get seated until 8:05pm, the excuse was because they had a private party. If you can’t seat your guests at their reserved time then don’t make the reservation. Other than that, the food and the service were great.

They were out of scallops and pear vodka (for pear basil martinis) but replacement drinks and appetizers were just as good as our regular "go tos." Excellent service as usual! A fantastic meal was enjoyed by our whole family.

Hudson Valley Steakhouse is an amazing restaurant. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance and the service is amazing. The Hostess is always very friendly, courteous and helpful. The servers are knowledgeable and always there to assist at any moment. The bussers are also friendly and courteous. The food is always amazing. Great restaurant.

We had a fantastic time at HV Steakhouse, for New Years Eve. It was decorated so festive, it made for a great celebration! The food was incredible , we all enjoyed everything we had. The appetizers were delicious, outstanding oysters! This is definitely one of our favorite places to go for special occasions!
