We are offering a tasting menu consisting of 12 courses and made with the freshest ingredients from day to day.

Our cuisine is based on the interpretation of the Mayan culture, starting from something real; using modernity and tradition as tools, as well as the unique ingredients that we have in the region.

Giving a sensation of a Yucatan up to date both in flavor, space and land. A kitchen whose main concept is dynamism and interaction without barriers, without rules, where they frequently worked with producers from the peninsula.

    Everything about this experience was incredible! I dined here for lunch (pre-fixe menu with choice of 2 starters, 1 entree, and 1 dessert) and appreciated the hospitality, attention, and care that I received as a customer. The entire ambiance of the restaurant sets the stage for an incredible meal. The open-kitchen concept also makes each meal an immersive experience where you are truly able to participate in the meal. I 100% recommend!

    Somelier instead of providing a wine list, gave us a wine selection without advising on price even asking a budget for the wine pairing so resulted on very expensive wine that it was not even at the quality level for the pricing. That ruined my whole experience

    Seriously one of the most outstanding dinners in a life I have been fortunate to have as exploring fine restaurants worldwide has been my passion for many many years. Jorge Bargas, the sommelier was spot on in his recommendations , so enthusiastic and easily accessible. The cuisine seems to me a fusion of art and science.
