We are offering a tasting menu consisting of 12 courses and made with the freshest ingredients from day to day.

Our cuisine is based on the interpretation of the Mayan culture, starting from something real; using modernity and tradition as tools, as well as the unique ingredients that we have in the region.

Giving a sensation of a Yucatan up to date both in flavor, space and land. A kitchen whose main concept is dynamism and interaction without barriers, without rules, where they frequently worked with producers from the peninsula.

Cost per person $2600.00 pesos MX. We do not include TIP

One of the most unique experience with scrumptious flavors that I had never tried before. Highly recommended! And the service is outstanding too.

Es una verdadera experiencia gourmet que debes de comprobar, sólo hasta ese momento es que verdaderamente sabrás que el costo es el adecuado por lo que efrecen, sin lugar a dudas volveré al lugar y degustar cada uno de los tiempos de comida.

An amazing dining experience from start to finish. Staff is attentive and kind, the setting is beautiful and the food is outstanding. We were impressed by each dish and loved the way the chefs incorporated distinct flavours of the Yucatan into the meal. Highly recommend if you’re in Mérida and want an outstanding dining experience.

El concepto del restaurante está padrisimo. La comida muy buen y el precio q comparación de otros restaurantes del mismo tipo esta muy bien. El staff super atento y cordial. Muy recomendable.

What a wonderful evening. We had the 12 course tasting menu. We could see our food being prepared and were encouraged to go up to the pass and watch. Each course was beautifully presented and delicious.

Arguably the best meal we have ever had! From the welcome beverage (a very refreshing, unique gin and tonic) to the surprise birthday cake and champagne, Huniik hit all of the high notes and then some. The 12 course tasting menu was served with elegance and grace with excellent pacing from the kitchen. Plan for a two-plus hour experience!
