   We went twice in one day. First for happy hour oysters & wine and later for dinner. Everything was amazing!

   Love this restaurant. The food is one of the best places I have eaten. Service is outstanding and excellent ambience. We will be back again and again. Our party of six had an excellent evening.

   We had an amazing experience dining at Hydra Estiatorio. Although it was way too noisy and busy at the restaurant , we enjoyed the food and service there.

   Great Dine Out experience this year. From a dietary restrictions (celiac and dairy intolerance) point of view, they were able to provide better options for dinner this year than last year and I really enjoyed my meal as did my friends that joined me that night. We'll definitely be back!

   It was okay. Nothing to rave about. Everything was just mediocre. Everything we ate didn't taste terrible but something was just lacking. The calamari wasn't crispy enough. The lamb meatballs' flavour was flat. The whole seabream again, was just okay. The best part of the meal were the potatoes that came with the seabream. Those were roasted perfectly and seasoned well, although, we were hoping for that burst of lemon flavour to accompany them, but nope. We just asked for lemon and squeezed it on top. Would I go back here? Most likely only during Happy Hour. They offer local $1.50 oysters and their house wines are a good deal during HH.

   My husband and I had such a lovely dinner at Hydra. The food was delicious and our server Irene and Trent(round glasses) were 5-star. Highly recommend…:)

    I can’t say enough good things about this place. Amazing decor, great staff and exquisite dishes all come together to offer a one of a kind experience. It is not often that everything you taste at a restaurant makes you wanna come back and try more, but this is what you get here. The wine selection compliments the food menu beautifully. Hats off to everyone who works to make this establishment one of my favourite in the city.
