   Of all the restaurants in this group…. This is by far the favorite. Great value for the most excellent service and ambiance. From short rib to filet to medallions to the III palms chicken… all so good. But my favorite is the Caesar Salad with grilled chicken. How a simple (not simple) Caesar salad has come to compete with the likes of the filet or short ribs … amazing but here I am ordering the Caesar time and time again. (Where in East Texas has a Caesar with crispy fried anchovies???… and yes… you want them in your salad!). The blue and Gold Martini is unmatched anywhere in Tyler (blue cheese olives take dedication) The tuna rice cake app is a go to…. The buratta was huge and very good as were the crab cakes. Preferred the bread pudding over the bananas foster. Love the cozy feel of the high back booths. It’s always a cozy feel and the service is top notch. Can’t go wrong at III Palms.

   We really enjoyed our waitress and all the staff this evening. They made sure we were taken care of outdoors on the patio with the warmth from the portable heaters! We were her only table outside yet she checked in on us quite often which was very kind of her.

   Went with wife , son and daughter in law for belated Valentine due to illness. Used the In-Kind app which is convenient and saves some money. Son and myself got the lamb chops which were delicious. wife got salmon and daughter in law got the chicken linguine and they said both were delicious. What really made the night was the appetizer of burrata with peaches which was huge and our sides of mashed potatoes and Brussels Sprouts were huge and delicious. Sprouts were blackened and covered in a sweet sauce that made it almost like a dessert. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back for special occasions.

   I brought guests that had never eaten here before and they were very impressed with the meal, the service, and the decor. I myself have been there several times and it has always been a good experience.

   Front reception seemed a bit disorganized: we were not able to be seated at reservation time and once seated our table was too small for our group of four. Our waiter actually moved us to a more appropriate table. Other than the bar a bit slow on getting drinks made, other service was very good. Appetizers were just OK, but the dinner mains were quite good. Not quite the ambience of other high-end steakhouses we have visited, but we have a good family dinner.

    First time here. Had a great experience with my wife. We had a few drinks that were great. Started with the pork belly. It had great flavor, but the pork was a little dry. My wife ordered the coffee cured filet. I ordered the sea bass and scallops. Both were amazing. We also ordered mac and cheese and creamed corn. Both were as good as the entrees. I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone wanting a great upscale meal.
