We were seated immediately at a nice table inside. I had spaghetti with meat sauce. The pasta was cooked just right.

My wife and I were in Palmero for only a day and were looking for a mid-afternoon meal. Il Culinario was open so we tried it. And we are glad we did. OT’s ratings and reviews were spot on. We had the sea bass for two. It was excellent. If we ever get back to Palermo we’ll definitely come back here.

Great atmosphere eating outside with a buzz of happy diners. Good service and lovely food served at this family run restaurant. We went two nights running as enjoyed the first experience so much and wanted to try more of the menu

After spending two weeks in Italy - from Palermo to Venice to Rome - I have to say this was my favorite meal. By far. I had the paccheria mediterrano and it was fabulous. All of the seafood was cooked perfectly. The pasta was toothsome without being chewy. My daughter's paccheria alla norma was delish as well. Another daughter's bolognese was delicious as well. Everything about the meal was terrific.
