   This was our second time at Ilios. It relish one of our favorite restaurants in the world. Service is fantastic, food is really, really good. Try the salted fish which is prepared at your table, as it is fantastic. The continuing entertainment of DJ music, dancers, flames, etc., are just a huge bonus to the dining experience. They were kind enough to give us 10% off our bill because we are staying at a nearby hotel. Again, it doesn’t get any better than this place. Kudos to the Ilios staff, keep up the great work and we will see you next time we are in Mexico!!

   Ilios is a gorgeous upscale restaurant with upscale prices, fun atmosphere, great Mediterranean/Greek style food. The service is impeccable, often overwhelming! I had a delicious rack of lamb and my husband had the specialty salt encrusted sea bass which they flambé with Metaxa brandy at the table! Spectacular and delicious! The tatziki and dolmathes were excellent as was the complementary humus bread basket. The meal was finished off with almond cookies and a delicious coconut cake complete with sparkler for our anniversary! A special, albeit expensive, meal in a beautiful setting with a spectacular view.

To top it off, the cocktails and wine selection complement the menu beautifully, and the desserts provide a sweet ending to an already fantastic meal. Overall, Ilios is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates great food, excellent service, and a charming ambiance.    Food was overall good but expensive. I’ve had better Mediterranean for a lot less. However, staff and ambience are amazing. And the show on Sat. night was really fun. Beautiful space and for that alone I will go back on my next visit to Cancun.

   En lugar y el ambiente increíbles, algunas entradas como el carpaccio de salmón estaban muy regulares, el resto de la comida bien pero no espectacular. La atención de los meseros y el gerente general fue muy buena !!

   Our server was outstanding, Senior Archuleta the manager was excellent too in welcoming us. I had a low sugar spell (diabetes) and almost fainted but our server, I forgot his name! Immediately ran over with a soda and helped me out. The show was terrific, even my 7 year old loved it. The place is beautiful and the food was fresh and delish! They made us a special plate we asked for and the mocktails were the best I’ve had— try the Hades! Do not miss Ilios!

   Best lamb chops I have ever had!! The shows were phenomenal! So glad we went, I’m telling everyone at our hotel about Illios!
