Ineffable Brewing Company stems from a shared dream to own and operate our very own microbrewery. This is a new chapter in our lives, and we will strive to combine traditional brewing techniques with a creative and fresh perspective that we collectively share.

We will use science alongside creativity to ensure consistent and excellent taste in every single one of our craft beers. Going beyond that we want to involve the community and make beer you crave in an environment you deserve.

Ineffable brewing is a nice brewery, it's on the small side, but has a decent variety of beer, and have expanded their menu since we were there in the winter. Pros: staff is friendly and helpful. The menu selection is good - could use a salad, but the pulled pork and chicken fingers/fried were very tasty. House made made chips would be a plus. Cons: they need an IPA with a lower ABV, the one they had on the menu was 11.5. Also, both times we were there the beer could have been a tad colder. Overall worth stopping in if your in the area.

The beer is drinkable but too expensive. Food on the other hand was an absolute travesty. The wings are overcooked with slimy skin and a store bought buffalo sauce. Pulled pork sandwich was so disgusting me and my date almost spat it out. This place seems like some guys with money wanted to cash in on a trend. Would not recommend.

Good choice of beers with varied styles and twists to those styles. Food menu had great choices with smoked meats. Only had the cheese curds and wings- would definitely order those again.

The food was delicious! The seats were socially distant. The atmosphere was comfortable. The beer was great! We will be back.

Would love some more food items on the menu. What you serve right is delicious but as regulars at your establishment we crave some variety! Also. SOUR beers! Make them. Truly sour. Your beers are excellent but a punch-you-in-the-face sour would be an awesome addition.
