With Infini meaning “Limitless Possibilities”, Chef Urvin Croes wants to offer dishes made without boundaries, exploring new possibilities and stepping with two feet outside the box. A chef’s table concept where diners and staff are able to interact throughout the evening, channeling through a story guided by the menu.

Urvin has worked in different roles starting as an apprentice cook and ending as a Chef de Partie and Sous-Chef for the highest-rated hotel restaurants on the island of Aruba. He gained experience in Europe working with 1-Michelin star rated “Grand Hotel Karel V”.

He enjoys buying many of his ingredients from local farmers. It is a combination of all the aforementioned, which is reflected in the dishes created at Chef Urvin his restaurants. He has many accomplishments, which aside from his culinary degrees also include several medals and he is locally famous for being the first winner of ‘Iron Chef Aruba’.

Definitely a must visit while in Aruba if you want a special meal. Highlights - Much of menu is sourced from local vendors - Urvin is an extremely hospitable chef and explains every dish to the guests himself - Appropriate amount of food for the price. We were satisfied but not uncomfortably full - dishes themselves were pretty inventive even as someone who enjoys tasting menus when traveling - quail dish with fried rice was definitely the highlight course - cocktails were good Only point of critique is that I did not feel the service was 10/10, but not enough to make the meal less than the 5 star rating

This is an amazing experience with great food, service ad ambiance. Every dish is a work of art and balanced perfectly. My wife has a gluten and dairy sensitivity and the chef prepared ever dish in a way she could enjoy them. She was extremely impressed and pleased that she was able to eat the same as all others at the table. I highly recommend and will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.

This dinner experience exceeded our expectations, we were celebrating our 20th anniversary and really wanted a special night out, we couldn’t have chosen a better location in Aruba. The food was beautifully prepared and delicious, the chef explained each plate with excitement and enthusiasm as he spoke about each ingredient used. I would highly recommend a dinner experience at infiny for any celebration or occasion.

This was one of the best experiences I had in Aruba! The food was phenomenal and the service was immaculate. Five star quality! I will return to the Chef’s Table again.

Absolute food art. Well thought out and balanced dishes. Intimate atmosphere. Parting gift appreciated. Unsecured requirement to provide credit card number to confirm very disturbing. Either add 20% to the service fee or remove it altogether to allow people to tip as they see fit. Don't assume two women won't tip.
