The experience is elevated dining in a sleek and modern décor by NY designer Thom Felicia. We feature open air dining with a romantic view unique to the resort. The menu focuses on ‘new Caribbean’ cuisine with dishes that are light and delicious packed with lots of flavor with island inspiration. Infiniti highlights fresh ingredients and a menu that will comfort guests with items like jerk chicken or a Dungeness crab toast and satisfy with savory tamarind roasted salmon and grilled TCI spiny lobster (when in season) to name a few. Ceviches and sashimi style crudos are paired with local ingredients and asian inspired sauces to create a unique experience for Providenciales. Start with a mahi mahi ceviche in a thai red curry sauce before trying the sensational angus beef tartare with tobikko caviar.

The drinks are excellent here, but the food was probably the worst meal I have had here. We shared the big ribeye for two and it was alright. Nothing spectacular. I thought it was a raw bar and I was hoping for some sushi, but they only had three raw items and we had the tuna and it was not very good. Very little tuna on top on a large crispy rice cake, it just wasn’t very good. The service wasn’t great as we had to wait a long time for drinks and to order and the waitress seemed very bothered by us but it was late so maybe she had a long day. There’s better restaurants, we loved the Marine Room and would eat there again if we could get in, and we also loved Coco Bistro.

Overrated. $38 for pasta that was boring. Horrible service. She could care less if we were there or not. Not well trained. Music was ridiculous. Combo of elevator music saxophone singing. I had no idea what was going on with the music. Playing some really bad 80s songs. The physical layout of the restaurant was also very odd. We placed near a large group. When they were plenty of empty tables for two people further away. Overall, really bad experience. Except for my husband.

We had an excellent experience. The vibe is 10/10. The food is expensive but on par with all the other nice restaurants in the area. I got the local lobster and it was one of the best I’ve had! The only thing that could be improved is the cocktails. The bar is beautiful so expected a bit more but the wine selection is extensive.

Food was outstanding. Miso cod and red snapper were excellently prepared. Radish appetizer was surprisingly good. Butterscotch and coconut tart was a perfect cap to the meal. Prices were in line with island prices.

One of the top restaurants on the Island. Delicious appetizers. Excellent main course selections too. The live music on a Saturday night was nice too.

Beautiful place, awful service, over priced and small portions. They forgot to put in out entrees, so we waited an hr for them, only good thing is the manager came over and apologized and took the entrees off the bill. I would not be returning.

Their menu online is not accurate and updated. Came here for the tomahawk steak and they didn’t have it. Even called to check before hand and they we could still get it. Ambiance is nice but food was so so. Kinda disappointed for the price.
