   Extremely upset on how iron hill has changed. First the menu has been cut in half. Our waitress was the worst. Never checked on us. Messed up our order. Our appetizer came and had no utensils or plates; had to ask the hostess for plates and additional drinks; mind you the waitress still hadn’t take our order Will not be going back. Downhill 🤐

   It took 20 min for a server to greet us. They took our drink and food order and then it took another 30 min to receive our drinks. One hour later we received our food. Soup was cold and burgers weren’t cooked as ordered. We won’t be returning. An additional note, the table next to us complained that there was a hair in their food and the waitress asked how long. She then went back to the kitchen to ask how this could happen.

   This was our first visit here, and it was on New Year's Day. We were told that they were short-staffed. We had dined at Iron Hill in Voorhees, NJ, and were delighted to see one open near our home in Allentown, NJ. We arrived at our reservation time of 1:30. Perhaps 30% of the tables were full. The hostess informed us that our table needed to be cleared (??) and as mentioned, that they were short-staffed. We waited around ten minutes to be seated. Our waitress came to our table rather promptly and was congenial and courteous. She took our order for drinks, and they came in a reasonable amount of time. She then took our order for food, which came in an expected amount of time. The food was very good. HOWEVER, after that, we needed to take a picture of our waitress and place it on the side of a milk carton, We could not find her for as much as an hour, and finally flagged her down to order a round of drinks. We finished our meal after that with no sign of the second round. We finally canceled the drinks, paid, and left, without the ice cream for our grandsons that was a part of their meals. Maybe they can improve the service there, but we will not be witnesses to that happening or not.

   If you’re familiar with the Iron Hill chain the experience here is what you will expect from the chain: quality food and brews with fairly reasonable prices. The atmosphere at this location feels more like mass produced chain restaurant than other Iron Hill locations. Even with a louder more energetic vibe the dinner was a good experience.

   Great service and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the quality and quantity of food is poor. The menu was revised about a month ago and the food selection and quality has regressed. Great beer and drink selection.

   I’d heard all good things about Iron Hill and was excited to try it. The food was just awful. The chicken was way over cooked, and so was my daughter’s burger. I will definitely not go back.

    Typical chain experience. If you’re looking for a genuine brewery experience patronize one of our local breweries, otherwise it’s a mall dining experience.
