At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared. We are also proud to provide an excellent selection of the worlds best oysters flown in fresh for your enjoyment. In addition to our menu, our chefs prepare a varied assortment of daily specials that always add an element of interest to our every-day offerings.

What a great location on the water next to the Clearwater Aquarium. The outdoor seating was comfortable with plenty of space, our server was attentive and sweet, the food was overall very good and plentiful. I would highly recommend this brunch specifically - the price pp of $ 39 can't be beat. Plan to bring our Austrian family here before our Aquarium visit in March !

As usual had another great meal at Island Way. It always delivers in terms of consistency and service. Everyone at our table fully enjoyed their meal. The restaurant was very busy being a Saturday night and staff were somewhat overwhelmed but delivered our food hot and in a timely fashion. We were running late for our reservation. Called ahead and explained. They had a table ready for us after a short wait. Will certainly be back!

Food was delicious as always!!! This has always been my favorite restaurant BUT WHEN did they quit celebrating special occasions??? Not a scoop of ice cream!! Not even a cookie!!!! To celebrate a birthday🎉🎉 I was dumbfounded and disappointed. Again the food was DELICIOUS!!! Always good!
