   Delicious meal! Probably the best red fish I’ve ever had. Great brussel sprouts. Fun ambience. Will definitely go back.

   Arrived early. Hostess did not offer bar seating made me wait for 45 min while seating other parties. There were tables available since my party changed to 2 . Unfortunate.

   this is hottest reservation in dallas for a reason. excellence in food quality, service., ambiance the steaks are unrivaled. the chicken cajun is so tender you thought it was fish. salmon delicious. sides delicious. service , enthusiasm, care, attention are again unrivaled. the location is beautiful. like a mixed grill. packed and great.

   Great food and amazing service! I love this place. I just wish the noise level was lower. Turn down the speakers in the ceiling, please. Also, the street in front is under construction and parking is temporarily challenging.

   We celebrated a birthday at Jack & Harry's for Sunday lunch and had a wonderful time!!! Eric took very good care of us and made us feel special. All of the food was really excellent (and we are picky customers!). We ended up staying for over 4 hours because we were having such a fun and relaxing time. The restaurant decor is beautiful. Highly recommend!

   Party of 6 had an 8:15 reservation on Friday night. We got seated at 9:05pm and weren’t glanced at - let alone offered any sort of apology - by the restaurant’s manager. Most restaurants - especially in the Vandelay Group - do a phenomenal job handling situations like that with friendly greetings / updates and a maybe a comp or two when delays get really bad, but Jack & Harry’s offered the bare minimum in the way of apologies (outside our fantastic waiter) and didn’t offer anything unprompted despite the 50+ minute error. First and likely last trip for us.

   We made a reservation at 8pm on a Saturday several weeks before and had to wait at the bar for an hour before our table was ready. When we checked in we were told they were running a little bit behind and our table would be ready shortly. That should not mean the table would be ready in an hour. Once we were seated the staff was great and the food was very good but my feet were killing me after standing for an hour in heels not intended for that.
