   We had a 7:09 reservation but we’re not seated until 7:40. When you wait that long for a table, I think you should be offered something… A drink or free appetizer to make things right. Ambience was very nice and the place was hopping. Maybe too much so… Our service was good but our server seemed stretched.  My wife had étouffée, which was good, but thought it should have more shrimp.   My snapper was very good but the center seems slightly undercooked. We enjoyed the evening enough that we will be back and hope for a better experience.

   The overall food was good however, the waiter told us that the states were the best in the city and they were not. They weren’t cooked to our liking. We ordered them medium and they came out well done

   We were celebrating the Holidays and introducing them to our new favorite restaurant! They fell in love too. The meal was excellent and the service wonderful. Absolutely my new favorite martini too! The decor is amazing also!
