   Here is the revised review: "As a local Tampa couple, we came to enjoy my husband's birthday celebration. Overall, we give a 5-star rating for the experience. However, the service we received initially was a 4-star, as we had to change our server midway through the meal. The manager was attentive and stopped by our table to ensure everything was satisfactory after the server change. This gesture was appreciated and helped make the rest of our dining experience quite enjoyable. We were able to relax and take in the beautiful waterfront views, making for a wonderful birthday celebration. We would recommend this establishment to others looking for a quality dining option with scenic vistas in the Tampa area."

   The view from the window seat we requested in advance was partially obstructed. Can be pretty noisy. Our waiter, Joe, was outstanding. Will return.

   Food was very fresh and the outdoor seating is great! Recently changed the menu and we could not get sushi at lunch today- that was a little disappointing.

   Our party of 6 sat outside and enjoyed drinks and dinner on the patio. The new bar patio is beautiful! Dinner was good. Drinks were good. Everyone had a great time.

   No oysters. How you have no Oyster. I just traveled to Nola for SB and and then SC. Best Oyster. And Tampa nothing? Cmon man

   Celebrated my mom’s 69th birthday. It was a lovely night with a perfect table outside on the patio. Our food was amazing, the service was great, and the server presented my mom with a special dessert for her birthday. The entire experience provided us with a lasting memory of an exceptional meal.

   Ribeye wasn’t seasoned well, thin, and overpriced. It looked more like a skirt steak. Seafood pasta was bland.

We take pride in our flavorful and well-seasoned dishes, and it's disappointing to hear that the Ribeye and seafood pasta didn't hit the mark. The seafood pasta in particular is the best selling dish along with our grouper. I will message you shortly.

   My experience at Jackson’s was nothing short of amazing. I started off by running a little late, afraid that my reservation would be canceled. When I called the restaurant to advise of my late arrival. The manager informed me that he would mark me down as coming in late and told me to take my time. I appreciated the fact that there was no rush and that I could still enjoy my evening without worrying about my reservation being canceled. It was already a stressful day and evening and arriving late and missing my reservation would’ve ruined my night. I appreciate the staff being so nice and understanding. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend. The food was amazing. That atmosphere was wonderful and calm and the service was exceptional.
