   Thanks for taking care of our bachelor party dinner. Everything tasted fantastic. Our server did an excellent job putting up with us. Everyone left fat and happy. The Bouillabaisse was outstanding. Swordfish special was also on point. I would recommend!

   Our waiter was very attentive and brought us absolutely everything we wanted. The food was amazing! Where can you go where you can feed nine people and everybody is extremely happy with the food? Jake’s, Jake’s is the answer. Excellent experience.

   I have been going to Jake's since I moved here in 2015. Ever since it was taken over by Landry's the quality of the food has seriously declined. The shrimp-crab cakes tasted like they were 50% filler and two of the six fried oysters that I had were gritty. Sad to say, but Jake's is no longer on my list of recommended restaurants. Sad to see an old friend go.

   The bartender wasn't very friendly, put a damper on our evening. Luckily our sever at the table was excellent and made up for the initial experience being uncomfortable.

   Service was excellent. Food was okay, bisque was over salty, stuffed sole was over cooked. Tenderloin was thin but okay. Special Valentines dinner totaled $100 per person without wine.

    Jake’s never fails to impress. The service was spot on, the food delicious and atmosphere just lively enough. I must say when you have to wait there really isn’t anywhere to do that so it gets crowded around the entrance.
