Jame's vision is to use local, market-driven ingredients to create delicious and unique Italian dishes. This is particularly true in the hand-rolled pastas, but is also seen in other popular dishes like the crispy brussels sprouts, kale salad, and Crispy Braised "Coop's" pork shank. I had been to Jame several times before and the food was fine - not outstanding, but decent for a local Italian restaurant. My wife and I ordered angel hair pasta with bolognese sauce. The sauce was bland, almost flavorless, and the pasta was severely overcooked and mushy to the point that we wondered if it was leftover from the previous day. I also ordered a Manhattan that came out a very light tea color and was watery. The service was perfunctory. As an example, we had to ask for Parmesan cheese for the pasta and we were given a small ounce sized partially filled cup. From the last time we were there, they had expanded and had raised their prices. Both are fine and the prices are still reasonable. However, the food and service need to keep up. Unfortunately, from our recent experience, they have work to do.

Sandwiches were very tasty, but came with no sides. The waiter kindly gave us four separate checks as requested, for our party of 7, but the service was slow.

you guys should really clean up the outside area. i understand you took over the adjacent locations, but for outside diners, it affected the ambiance. food and service was fantastic, so it was still a very pleasurable experience in all.

Wonderful in and outdoor seating. The pasta is definitely fresh and special. It has a great "chew". The creamy and the red sauces are satisfying. Oh, their hibiscus brewed tea has a lovely flavor that I appreciate. Great service and friendly hostess.

Went for my partner's birthday dinner last weekend. Everything was perfect as always! The octopus never disappoints! And they went the extra step and gave my boyfriend two birthday candles.
