   I started out a bit disappointed, only because my heart was set on trying a Sunday roast and I found out they are prepared with garlic—something I’m allergic to (I had listed this allergy in my reservation the week before). But the manager came out and apologized and personally explained what I could have (there were just 2 items without garlic, but they both sounded good). Then she made sure to bring me a Yorkshire pudding so I could taste something traditional! Our server Andrea was so helpful , attentive, and kind, and made our dining experience one to remember. The special G & T was out of this world (we had 2 each), and the manager came out at the end and said they were paying for the first round, something we didn’t expect. Love the space—quirky art on the walls, relaxing colors, comfy chairs. I would definitely return (especially if Chef Jamie Oliver was a little less garlic-forward, ha!).

   We chose two pies. The one with the bone marrow was a bit burned at the bottom and it was like they reheat it in a microwave oven. The other one was with chicken. That one was burned at the top and the filling was like a puree. When I made a reservation I asked for a small birthday cake with a candle and of course with whatever extra cost. when we arrived they assured us that they will bring a small cake with a candle but they brought a scoop of some kind of mouche in a plate with a candle. Quite disappointed! I love Jamie's Oliver cooking. I have his cook book and I hoped that we would have eaten accordingly

   First thing to note was really good service from the waiters. But it seemed there was some disarray. Losing track of orders. I did not receive my drink for half an hour after ordering. It was only until raising it once. I also did not receive a second side I had ordered with my meal. The hospitality was very good and compliments to our server. But disappointing in terms of service and quality this time.

   Really excellent service, super-attentive but not intrusive. Food also really tasty - had set menu which is good value for money. Comfortable seats, loved the decor! and not too noisy given it was pretty busy. Will return soon, I hope!

    We enjoyed a nice dinner at Jamie Oliver´s restaurant. The menu is quite appealing and there´s a good variety of dishes. The food is tasty and recipes were nicely executed. The only minus is the service which was quite disorganized: although our waiter was lovely and attentive, everyone in the room seemed to go around in circles without a sense of direction. When we arrived, there was no one there to greet us before at least 5 minutes. Then at the end of the meal someone came quite late to give us the desert menu but then nobody came to take our order so no desert for us ;-). All in all, a pleasant meal and an irregular service.
