   Janet is an exceptional cook who understands flavours and uses the best and freshest ingredients. Her restaurant elevates Pontypridd’s foodie scene to the very best Asian food bar none. If she opened in London, she’d be winning every accolade. Damn. She just did. Best in Britain for street food. Just go there.

   Expected better value for money, I was disappointed that the Korean Honey Chicken was £15 and came with no rice or sides, just a small bowl of chicken. Food tasted lovely and fresh, just very expensive for what you get and the portion size.

   Everything about the experience of eating at Janet's was outstanding. The food was excellent, and I would heartily recommend the rose tea. Adderchog! Eithriadol!

   I had many recommendations so booked for myself and 2 friends for lunch. Lovely little Resturant but I found it very cold. The waitresses although very polite are clearly young and inexperienced and we had to ask for everything eg. We were not offered water or offered any explanation of the northern Korean menu - none of us had any knowledge of this cuisine and took pot luck. I chose honey chicken as I am not a great spice lover and it was way too hot for my palet. Wine or beer only served and cans of soft drinks - I was not expecting to open a can of Pepsi max and pour myself in a Resturant that costs circa £35 for 2 courses. A single choice of dessert. I am sure if you are a lover of spice that you will love the food. Too spicy for me and temperature and service not good.

   Amazing food again. Had a selection of dishes and all were gorgeous. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful restaurant in Pontypridd

   We were met by a welcoming smile and shown to our table. We ordered our drinks which arrived quite quickly which gave us a little extra time to choose the dishes for our meals. We finally decided to order, spring rolls, and pork and kimchi Gyoza to start. Then Korean jajangmyeon and Asian king prawn curry with steamed rice and prawn crackers. All of which tasted absolutely amazing. I would recommend Janet's to anyone.

   Our wedding anniversary so a very special meal...food was as good as we've come to expect. Special place & a short distance from our home. Many thanks to Janet & the waitresses.
