    Overall experience was good, only thing i would say is not to book the last time slot ; we felt like the service was a bit rushed and we didnt get to fully enjoy the experience. Last year we booked earlier and the service was way better. Food was delicious and wine pairing too.

    Meeting the chef throughout the night was really a great experience. Really nice to see great work and hospitality. The food was delicious and the presentation very fun. Hoping there would be a menu with less courses because I was starting to get super full and I have such a small stomach. Enjoyed my experience overall though!

    Europea absolutely deserves three stars. Some say the chef has passed his prime, but I believe that after experiencing the deep sorrow of losing his wife, he has found an even greater passion for life. His creativity goes beyond just ingredient selection—he masterfully weaves playfulness into his dishes, making each course an experience. And don’t miss the post-meal sugar shack experience—it’s the perfect sweet ending!

    Très belle table … nourriture raffinée . Nous avons pris menu à 9 étapes . Original jusque dans la présentation . A l accueil , au service , sommelier très prévenants . Nous avons apprécié la salle secrète . Nous avons eu la chance de faire des restaurants étoilés chez nous et celui là n a pas à rougir . Merci
