   We only came here because we received a gift certificate years ago and plus we’d like to try every steakhouse (despite us not eating steak). We looked at the menu and we didn’t know what we would actually like. Our waiter was very accommodating when I asked if we could order Bar Bites as those items seemed more appealing to us. We ordered onion rings, lobster tacos, chicken bao buns, lobster fritters, prime sliders, and beef empanadas. Everything was delicious. Jeff was our waiter and he was really fabulous on Christmas Eve! Im very appreciative that they were able to accommodate us by letting us order Bar Bites without having to sit at the bar area. I’m very thankful for Jeff, valet, cooks, servers, and everyone who worked Christmas Eve.

   Good service and we always love the ambiance and history of this old steakhouse. The food was above average with very ample portions. The salmon was good but the odd presentation of the fish on top of a very large mound of cold beets was off putting. Even the server commented about the beets and the entree presentation. Convenient and quick valet service.

   The food was awsome as always, and service was great. I felt like we were in a closet. The area where we were had 3 tables and a Christmas tree. Problem was it was okay with just me and my husband, then the other tables begin to fill and I felt clostophic. The curtain that divided the room from a larger room was no noise barrier at all. Loud party on the other side of the curtain, we couldn't hear each other talk for the noise. We were seated on the top floor, stairs were another issue with my disabled husband trying to climb them, then go down.

   Food taste was great but service was lacking. Everyone was very nice and accommodating but for the price paid, should not have to wait for service. We were celebrating our 53rd anniversary and will probably try a different place in Nashville next year due to the price paid. A very nice restaurant but very expensive.

   Steaks were PRIME grade - cooked to perfection. There is a new chef in town!!!Looking forward to going back. Service was fantastic. Thank you Jimmy Kelly's.

   We enjoy this institution. Arrived on time and promptly seated near our requested table in the fireplace room. Lighting in this room is a bit weird with the large, brassy picture lights unevenly lighting. Food wise, we were happy. Wedge and Caesar salads were nice. Calamari was a bust. On top of a bowl or inedible crunchy noodles. I’d rather have a smaller bowl with only calamari. Filet and salmon perfectly cooked as requested. The crab stuffed sea bass is excellent. Brussels sprouts are excellent. Kate’s potatoes are less successful. Lots of steps to get to the front door. My Mom and elderly dinner companions struggled with them. Wish they had a self park area. I don’t like using valet parking. I used prepaid JK gift cards. Easy. No issue. Expensive but a decent value and experience. We will return.

   This has been our Christmas tradition for the past handful of years. The food and atmosphere are always amazing. Steve was our server last night and he was awesome.

    I didn’t like watching the drama amongst the waiter and the maître D upstairs it distracted very much from our dinner. Also didn’t like the fact that the dessert chef would be gone before we got to dinner so we had to decide what we wanted for dessert prior to even getting our food. If our reservations were at nine, the restaurants open till 11 I should’ve had the option of having the dessert person there instead of being told I needed to pick something before they left
