   My Butter chicken did t have any naan. I asked for it but by the time it arrived my food was cold. We also ordered the steak and sushi and the rice that made the roll was dried out and hard. Literally tasted hours old. When I booked my table I specifically asked for standard seating and we were seated at a high top outside. It made no sense as other tables were open. When I asked to be seated at another table, the girl seemed confused. BTW no one was seated at the tables I was referring to all night. It wasn’t like they were being held for another reservation. I have been to Joey lots and my husband is there a couple times a week because of the vicinity and usually good food and service. I have to admit I will be eating elsewhere.

   Such a great atmosphere!! So fun even for a Monday night it was busy which we loved. Food was excellent. Mini French dips are to die for. Great drinks great service!! 11/10 highly recommend grabbing dinner or drinks and appetizers so so great!!!!!

   I’m a regular guests and have good experiences until last night. The hostess that checked me in might have been having a bad day but she was not welcoming, offered everyone else champagne and walked around me and my guest. We felt invisible. My reservation was at 7:30pm and we were seated at 8:10. After being seated our server took drink orders and was not seen for another 30 minutes. My guest and I stood up and left to dine at another restaurant within the Fashion Island area and received superb service. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but I’m hoping this will be helpful feedback for your staff to improve service and customer satisfaction.

   I was really excited to bring my friend to Joey to celebrate her 40th birthday, especially since I mentioned the occasion when making the reservation. Unfortunately, the experience fell flat. The waitress didn’t acknowledge her birthday at all, and we weren’t even offered the option of dessert or any celebratory gesture. It just felt like an ordinary night out, which was really disappointing. We chose Joey to make this milestone feel special, but it didn’t feel like a celebration at all.

   First time here and we loved our experience! Greeted nicely with complimentary wine, seated in a booth that I requested, very friendly and knowledgeable waitress! And amazing food and dessert. We had a fabulous time

   Greeting, when coming into the restaurant, was great. Food was very good and service was outstanding with Amy, our server. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant!
