   Food was delicious , service was horrible. Waited 30 minutes after we got sat down to be able to get drinks . Food took forever to come out appetizers and main entree . Our reservations was at 515 pm . We got our bill until 8 pm . And my husband had to get up and pay because they never came back to get our card . Food was 10/10 service was 1/10 .

   great food, nice outdoor seating area. only issue was that they were VERY understaffed for such a busy day (early dinner on a sunday) so the wait for our food was ridiculously long. we were there for almost 3 hours due to the extent of the wait. the servers were incredibly kind and apologetic but we could tell they were extremely overworked due to understaffing.

   Joeys had become a family favorite of ours over the past few years. Our family loves to go for quick bites, and celebrations or even the regular family dinners. We’ve had instances where service hasn’t been the best but we keep coming back. We were seating and our server went on break once our new server approached I mentioned at our table that the services was going to be good from having this server before. After an hr of waiting we asked a different waitress if they can check on our food. Appetizers were brought out instantly and cold. We waited 30 more minutes, I spoke to a manager and request our children’s food to be brought out. Usually restaurants bring out the kids meals before anyone else. The manager brings out a meal for my husband and I. I say thank you and tell her once again we’d like the children’s meal to come out because they’re hungry and watching us eat. We ordered the chicken wrap and asked for the dressing about 5 times, after we finished the wraps is when the dressing was brought out. Each dish that was brought out was cold not even warm. Seems ridiculous to come to a restaurant spend over $400 and receive horribly service and a cold meal. Unfortunately the whole time our whole family was commenting how we wouldn’t come back for a very long time.

   We hadn’t been in a year, but use to go often. My steak was undercooked for the first time ever, but I’m not as strict as I use to be about how it’s cook. It was still delicious. Thomas is easily the best server ever. My wife was hoping he was still there because she likes an adjusted menu item and he knows how to put the order in for her so it’s perfect. Somehow the universe aligned and he ended up as our server. Don’t forget to get the crème brûlée cheesecake. It’s important.

   Our server was amazing. Loved my Fried. Spiced tofu bowl with coconut rice. Delicious! Beware, the shareable ravioli with steak with Truffle sauce although very delicious it was a lot for 3 people but better for 4 people sharing that with ea h person ordering a main dish. Loved my Signature Sangria.

   We had a wonderful time, the service was amazing, food was fantastic and we were treated so nice by everyone, Astrid was so amazing as was Teddy and Peyton…they all worked so hard to please us and have us enjoy our time there…we will definetly be going back as we always like it there.

    Always a great experience! The service and ambience is the best here. Love the chicken katsu salad that was recommended to us by the manager Hannah!
