   Beautiful restaurant, great ambiance and fabulous food! Definitely adding it to one of my favorites! The wagyu Butelli Bolognese was delicious as well as their meatball appetizer.

   We love going to Jojo’s because we love the atmosphere and the service is generally good but I have to say the food is not as good as it used to be. We ordered things we have had many times in the past and it’s just not what it used to be. The bolognese is consistent but we got the shrimp aqua Pazzo app and it seemed to be missing something. My husband’s steak was ok. The sides were good. They forgot the salad we ordered. My main complaint is that the food is just not quite up to its prior standards.

   Overall, not exceptional experience. Took server almost 10 minutes after seated to take drink order. Entrees felt rushed; we were not even halfway through our salad before entrees were dropped. We ordered a second round of drinks halfway through meal and received at the tail end. Music was way too loud and hard to have conversations - also not great music choice for the demographic of the diners. This was our second time dining there and the first time also had some challenges with service and food.

   Service was not attentive / barely present. Breakfast potatoes were overdone and dry. Usually really love this place, but if today had been my first time I likely would not return.

   The room was extremely load because of the 6 people at the table next to us. The server was pleasant but could not keep up because of the table of 6 Server forgot to bring bread to the table. She did offer a free dessert which my guest accepted, but that is not the point. Attend to the needs of the patrons at the moment. Obviously, management does not have enough servers, although they had two hostess at the door who spent most of their time standing around. Food was good, but certainly not worth the value. 17 River Grill and MItalia are a much better value and taste, service is good and while energetic, you can hear the people at your own table. This was my 2nd visit to Jo Jo’s first visit was not good at all- at least this visit the server was pleasant, polite and tried her best. I’ve tried the place twice now and cannot recommend this establishment as both times it has not been a good experience for me.

   First of all - my mother is obsessed with the art in the bar. The spaces curation of images, design, and multi levels is really great. Rachel- our server- was fantastic from the start. She is kind, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Now… the food! We had a Cesar salad, steak frites, spaghetti, and the popular vodka rigatoni. All paired nicely with a red wine. Finished it off with Bananas Fosters. Amazing experience and can’t wait to come back!

    We had an awesome experience. This was my first time eating indoors and I loved the ambiance and fireplace. Our server was great. The food was awesome.
