   Loved the atmosphere and the menu. Food good!! Very loud and lacking on cleanliness and why the 3 Star rating. Tabletops were wiped down, but the sides of the table were full of stickiness which I could only assume was from the overflowing shakes served that then flowed over the side of the tables. The most concerning were the milk bottle style bottles they use to serve table water. The small mouth openings don’t allow the bottles to be cleaned well and when I pointed out and asked for a clean bottle, they brought just another dirty bottle. They explained to me that it was just “cleaning solution” from the dishwasher. Great atmosphere, but makes sure your table is clean and you order bottled water

   I didn't like that they add a service fee to the bill. Then when you go to paid they ask if you want to give an extra tip. I think it's my decision not the store. The service was ok not special. The food is prepared and just warmed up maybe the fries where fried.

   The holiday drinks were beautiful and delicious. The service was amazing. Our waitress was prompt and attentive. The restaurant was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The only complaint I had is that the food is quite subpar. Additionally, the restaurant is very loud. The music is nice and eclectic, but very hard to hear you’re a table mates. We definitely return during the holiday season just for the good vibes and shakes .

   We loved this place and will go back for hot chocolate and shakes. The soup was excellent but the chicken pot pie was a disappointment because it lacked filling. There was only crust and little to no chicken. The crust was good, but I needed something to balance to sugar. Our hot cocoas were outstanding and the decorations were fabulous.

   Fun place and the shakes were awesome! We would highly recommend. We also made reservations to ensure we had a table and were glad we did because it was packed.

   Food was good and ambiance was great but the service is very slow. It took a long time for us to be greeted once we were seated and the staff never checks in to make sure all was ok. We needed ketchup and refills on our drinks and also wanted to order dessert and each time we had to wave down our waitress. The food does come out quickly though!

   Celebrated our GIRLSmas 🎄 at Jojo’s ShakeBAR. There was 17 of us. We did the ornament paint decorating. Included ornament supplies, an entree, and choice of their amazing shakes. Alcohol was extra charge. Our server, Louren L, was fun and so easy going. She was attentive to our group and still managed to hold down other tables while the place was busy. We did 6:30pm seating and spent a good 2hours in there. Music was playing and we all had a blast singing along. Such a fun idea for an Outting! Tons of laughs and memories made💕🎄

    I enjoyed myself yesterday at JoJos. However, it was so loud between how packed it was (which isn’t necessarily bad for the restaurant) and the music that it felt like a crowded bar. Also the service was slow and the hostess had a poor attitude. They were also low on supplies for ornament painting. My food was excellent and I will be back for another double hot chocolate for the chocolate pretzel and marshmallow made my heart happy!
