   Worst Valentine’s Day dinner EVER! The only things that were good was my dirty martini and the dessert. The set menu was subpar to say the least, the ambiance was like if you were eating dinner at club with music blasting so loud, it was hard to hear my husband that was across for me. I went to the restroom and the first stall that I went in was disgusting, I proceeded to wait for the one next and that one was ok. There was no soap in the dispenser which means that none of the female employees can wash their hands as they should be before returning to work…absolutely disgusting. When we got the bill, there was an automatic 19% tip added and somehow instead of the normal 8.25% sale tax, the sale taxes on the bill were automatically 14 PERCENT!!! How is that even legal? So the bill automatically had a 33% increase added to it, which I have no problem paying that for an exceptional dinner but this is was by far one of the worst meals and restaurant experiences I’ve had in my adult life. WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS SKETCHY & RATCHET PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!

   Food was truly off the hook ….. Jerry our bartender is simply a rare find. Overall vibe of the building is the minor setback here. If anything.

   It was my best friend birthday, our steaks came out cold, management advised that maybe because they steaks passed by the ac vents is why the steaks didn’t come out sizzling hot. They advised us that once they took the steaks back to the kitchen that they registered at 125 degrees Celsius. And did we want fresh steaks, of course we did! When the ticket came out the waiter advised that the steaks had been taken off. What the waiter meant was that the fresh steaks that they bought us was not an extra charge. So they remade the steaks and still charged us full price for everything! I ordered a side of the potatoes and by the time the steak came out 20 minutes later the side was cold but they did not bring a fresh side. An Fyi I paid $450 for sub par service and food.

   I had a really great experience at Juliet's. This is my third time visiting this restaurant, and the food is always spectacular. They really know how to cook a great steak. I love the ambiance and their customer services really great. My only complaint is that you have to valet park to attend this restaurant. That is the downside that I wish could be changed, and I would visit the restaurant more often.
