   Terrible food and service. We had been here many times but it had been about a year from our last visit. Chef has been changed, couscous paella tasted like pasta with cheap red sauce, very few seafood, two 1oz pieces of fish for $45!! We sat outside and the server completely forgot about us, our appetizer was never put in therefore never brought out. We got the clam chowder and it was served cold, who wants to have cold soup? I ordered the paella and my husband order the special of the day which was the sea bass with rice and vegetables, we only got the paella as the waiter rang a different dish as his main course (the scallops) and not the sea bass as we ordered. We will not be coming back to this restaurant. Be aware! High end prices serving cheap food and terrible service!

   I recently dined at Juniper on the Water, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely superb—each dish was bursting with flavor and presented beautifully. Whether you’re a fan of fresh seafood, expertly prepared meats, or creative vegetarian options, the menu offers something for everyone. What truly elevated the evening was the service. The waitstaff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of without being intrusive. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure our glasses were never empty. The waterfront setting added to the ambiance, making it the perfect spot for a special occasion or just a relaxed evening out. I can’t recommend Juniper on the Water enough—I’ll definitely be returning!

   En la entrada al condominio nos dijeron que no podíamos estacionarnos que no habia cupo, que buscáramos otro lugar, nos mintió. Si se pudo dejar el auto con los valets. La cita de reserva era a las 9 pm y a esa hora todavía estaban clientes anteriores usando las mesas. Fue un desorden total el acomodar a los asistentes, había que estar reclamando mesa para que te atendieran. Una joven mesera fue el colmo, nos tendría que llevar a una mesa y antes de llevarnos se fue a conversar con otros meseros y nos dejó sin entregarnos mesa alguna. Tomamos la que mejor nos pareció. A esa misma mesera cuando se acercó dando vueltas sin hacer realmente nada, le pedimos un menú, nos dijo que los estaban imprimiendo. La musica de adentro no se escuchó afuera, en lugar de la musica viva, afuera fue musica grabada. Nada costaba poner parlantes. Solicité a la mesera inútil, el password de la red de internet y nunca la proporcionó. Lo pedí a tres meseros mas y nada. El cuarto si tuvo la gentileza de informarlo. El ambiente estuvo desangelado, nunca prendió. El mesero principal fue lo único que nos salvó el evento, fue gentil, cortés y muy agradable. Se llama Howard. La comida estuvo adecuada pero el plato principal tardó mucho en ser servido. El conjunto musical, un trio, puso su mejor esfuerzo y ya al final logró despertar entusiasmo. Nos cobraron en la reserva el 18% de servicio y eso no fue reflejado en la cuenta impresa.

   way way way overpriced. Definitely not worth the value Shrimp cocktail with only one shrimp Open bar way overpriced, started much later than advertised NO PARTY FAVORS FOR ALL WHO WERE THERE. Would never go back to this restaurant everem again.

   I must say, probably one of worse and poorly organized events I have ever attended… In Fact… it would have been less painful to order from McDonalds at lunch during a $5.00 discount day… You would had figure that at the “value” everything would have been more in order… From… what is your name 4 times, to how about dessert even after after waiting 1.8 hours to see if we could get the course due… The manager did tried to address some items.. yet we had to push to get service after a $700.00 plus evening!! I honestly wish to forget the experience and request a full refund… and worse yet, I noticed the the issues pile up as they forced you due to policy of open table to pay “gratuity”…. Certainly the staff with the exception of two persons who were nice and trying to mend… “eating… beyond poor” If I were you… make a New Year’s resolution “not to attend the place”… and a Christmas wish to them.. “Hope to improve” RT

   We had a horrible experience here. My partner and I paid for the New Years experience and were really excited to celebrate the new year with good food and festive atmosphere. From the beginning of the night, the service was horrible. They seemed extremely understaffed and disorganized. We were charged as soon as we booked so the experience was paid for.Once we entered the restaurant, the hostess was behind a large group of people that were waiting for their tables. We are not from the area and never dined at Juniper so we thought it was a private party at first. No one greeted us. We had to find the hostess who was running around and yelling peoples names for their tables. Our reservation was at 9pm, we got seated at 9:45pm after my partner make sure to stand next to the hostess to make sure we got called & we heard our name once called because it was extremely loud. Once seated, we never got water but everyone around us did. We had to keep asking and didn't receive until 11pm. We didn't get a waiter take our order until 10:30pm. We got our first course at 10:45pm. Third course at 11:30pm. Our steak was not the temperature we asked for. We didn't even stay for desert.

   We went for New Year's Eve celebration and the experience was disappointing. The whole experience felt hugely improvised, the staff was inexperienced and didn't know what they were doing and the quality of the food was terrible. The only good part was the live music. Other than that, I would avoid this restaurant.

   We have been here a few times before when we come into town. This was not what we were use to. The experience was horrible. Waitress did not seem knowledgeable about the food or drinks, the drinks came out wrong . People serving the food was very unprofessional. They were serving across other people with the food. The food was ice cold when it came out! They offered us a round of drinks to make it better, which then was on the bill and had to ask for it to be removed. We came out as a family to celebrate and left there very disappointed.

   Beautiful restaurant and excellent food. However, servers were not attentive. Perhaps they were understaffed, but no apologies for infrequent table visits and slow service Will come back though!

    It was the worst, wrong orders were coming to our table, drinks and appetizers came after the main course, and at the end they gave us a check with 8 additional position we never had, after we asked for correction the charged as twice and never apologized for it
