   The restaurant is lovely. The onion soup is to die for! I had the PEI mussels which were a bit gritty and too salty though the flavor of the broth was delicious. We also had the shrimp and grits that had wonderful flavors but wasn’t served hot enough. Overall we had a very positive experience and enjoyed our evening.

   Food and service were exceptional!! Jaz our server was delightful and very knowledgeable about wine pairings. Highly recommend!

   First time at Justine. Drinks were great! Food took around 50 min to come out which was not good. Waitress said they were plating it up and then it still took 20 min more. Food was great when it got to us. Also they included tip on the bill and didn’t tell us - hate when that happens and good we caught it!

   Ambiance is very nice. Beautiful space. We dined here a few years ago and came back based on our first experience. We wanted something small and ordered onion soup. It was disappointing. It had virtually no flavor and needed salt for sure. I told my husband that it had all the charm of warm dishwater. Perhaps we came on an off night. Service was also slow. Nice servers but perhaps short staffed? In a city of great restaurants we will most likely choose something else in subsequent visits to the city.

   100/10 experience, went for my daughters 18th birthday and it was outstanding. Amazing service, food, and ambiance. She could not have asked for a better birthday dinner. Would recommend!

   The atmosphere and decor is so well done here it is almost not worthy of the food. Items ordered: The Spritz, dirty martini,lemon and lemon martini, the hanger, the onion soup, the burger Mac N cheese, crème brûlée and the Nutella cake. The cocktails were cocktails, but the dirty martini was the best we had in our visit to NO. The service, omg she was so bad I struggled to give her 15% tip. Upon arriving we ordered food for the child in the party to get him appeased and with a Appetizer . His food came out last and no appetizer showed up. {we had already completed dining by the time his burger came out} The Hanger was difficult to chew. Burger was very good. There was no Gay music (saw this on another review, not sure what gay music is) just what was on trend. Do NOT order the Nutella cake, get the creme brûlée. I don’t understand the service we received she was flustered and annoyed with us , couldn’t answer questions about the menu or was annoyed that we asked I couldn’t figure it out.

   Our waitress was kind and lovely but didn’t have knowledge of the wines by the glass. A host came up and removed a chair from our table without asking, while there were ample empty tables around us. I ordered escargot and it tasted horrible. The ambiance and crowd has changed vastly in the last 2 years. It used to feel upscale but not anymore.

   From start to finish an amazing meal. Appetizer was fabulous, drinks were stellar, and the entrees were mouth watering. Can’t say enough about the experience!!! We will definitely be back!

    Went for my friends 50th birthday. It was his first time in New Orleans. The experience was great. I wish that they hadn't sold out on so many items but its understandable going in on a Sunday we would not get everything. Overall everything was amazing.
