La comida es buena pero no me encantó el arroz del sushi que pedí y era la misma situación con el Yakimeshi de mi acompañante. El servicio es sobresaliente de Javier. El lugar es hermoso pero el olor a cigarro, la música elevada no ayuda al ambiente del salón.

Being inside a Casino the air had that stale cigarette smoke quality. The waiter was too intrusive. No privacy. Food was delivered cold and hard.

Fuimos por recomendación de unos amigos y sin duda fue una experiencia increíble, desde que llegas, muy buena atención, un poco confuso llegar, pero estan justo a un lado de la entrada al casino de Plaza La Isla, no dejamos nada de lo que pedimos, edemames, gyozas, rollo dragon y la joya de la corona es la Totoaba con un sabor exquisito!!! Las bebidas de lychee que prepara su mixologa estan deliciosas La noche fue un éxito gracias a nuestro mesero Jorge

Comida excelente, recomiendo mucho el ramen y el Cheesecake de cajeta! El servicio de Javier fue lo mejor de todo! Volveremos seguro a probar otro platillo de la carta! Relación calidad precio muy buena, no es barato pero vale la pena! El mocktail de lychee también muy recomendable!

VERY hard to find your restaurant, it needs to be stated that it is INSIDE the casino. Need better visibility inside the mall. We walked around for a good 15-20 minutes looking for your venue, we did not see “Kai” at any on the directional signs. We only found your restaurant because the host at Sonora Grill gave us direction. Additionally, I have great vision, both my wife and I had the hardest time reading your menu. May we suggest to increase your font size or use a different font on the menu?

There so many good restaurants in Cancun and this is one of them! An unexpected surprise! Somewhat hidden inside the casino in la Isla shopping area. Stylish decor. Great cocktails! Nice whiskey list. Excellent well made food reminiscent of matsuhisa… we’ll be back!
