Very mixed emotions on this one. Food was excellent- they nailed medium rare ribeye and filet mignon. Great salads, dessert, coffee. Unfortunately the ambience gets 1star. Like many places of stone walls, the sound echos and they’ve made no attempt to add texture to buffer. But to make matters worse they blasted the bar music into the dining room. So the attempted white tablecloth experience was not there. It was hard to hear and talk. So if that’s your idea of a semi-expensive dinner, you’ll enjoy it. If you like a more refined or quiet setting to have a nice experience, this isn’t the place for that. ( We also got a terrible location, even though we reserved a table a week before…but I’m not even going there on this one.)

Great friendly service and good was great!! Need to cover the open outlet that is showing and very close to the booth where people are sitting!! It’s not pleasant to look at and could be dangerous

Keller Chophouse is such a great place to go to eat good food. The food was excellent as well as the service. We have been several times and it has ALWAYS been great!!!

Disappointed in our experience. We were a party of six so not too large of a group but none of our food came out together. Had to wait for all of the salads to come out. Asked for bread four times, finally got it when we were almost done with dinner. Sides were just ok, and were late. Baked potato was very late and not cooked completely. Fish special was great and steaks were good but not great. Not worth the price. We won’t be going back.

Excellent dining experience as always. Restaurant was quiet and service was super efficient. Waiter was so friendly and helpful to us in choosing to order. Piece of meal was great. All dishes were prepared beautifully and tasted delicious.

The on staff manager was Shana and she was outstanding. Our waitress was great and the Thanksgiving special was great.
