The sushi was okay. Cut nicely and presented well. The sushi itself didn’t seem as fresh as I’m used to.

Zuerst das positive: super stylisches Hotel mit sehr schönem Restaurant. Guter Service. Man sollte nur eine Jacke mitnehmen, da stark klimatisiert. Dann der bittere Rest: das Essen war für uns leider ungenießbar. Wir hatten zwei Menüs, einmal mit Fleisch und einmal vegetarisch. Teils war das essen komplett ungewürzt und geschmacklos, teils für europäische Touristen vllt etwas zu authentisch japanisch :-) Es war einfach nicht unser Ding. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass jemand gerne sowas isst. Das war wirklich das schlechteste Essen, dass ich jemals hatte... und dafür haben 200€ für zwei Personen gelassen.
