   The restaurant atmosphere was amazing, the food was pretty good, however I am still attempting to work out an issue with the restaurant for charging me a $500 charge to my card for no reason. An unauthorized charge to my card was charged prior to my meal of 328$ was charged. The restaurant will not respond to my emails nor help me. Be careful with this establishment, I’ve been to 80-90% of the top desired restaurants in Miami and NEVER experienced anything like this. This restaurant has been nothing but unpleasant. I HIGHLY recommend thinking about going elsewhere, you might be a victim of fraud or an unauthorized transaction to your card just as I am. I went to the restaurant 01/4/25 and todays date is 01/08/25 no response from management or their accounting department. STAY AWAY, they conduct fraudulent transactions to your card and won’t resolve it. As you might ask, it was a reservation for two people, I took my wife out for dinner to celebrate our new child being born. It was a meal and 2 drinks for each of us. Nothing out of the ordinary.

   Extremely poor service. Charged us extra $3 on all the items we ordered. Took 30 min to order.

   Too noisy you cant Even talk, waiters moving around you to jump on the $11 bottle of water to serve you as soon as you touch your glass. Moody when they réalize you won’t order all the menu..

   Such a fun experience at Kiki on the River. The food was outstanding. The Miami “scene” was out for sure. We live in Chicago and very used to premium prices for our meals - this was excessive. For 2 adults and a 14 yr old it was $450. My husband and I each had 2 drinks. We had one entre, filet a Caesar salad, tuna tartar, grilled vegetables. That costs about $350 with tip at Morton’s. We had fun and chalked it up to vacation meal. It’s definitely a spot worth going if you like the Miami scene.

   Most horrible experience Miami. It’s a scam. Go away No service / food approximative / too expensive / seats dirty and no reaction from the staff after our demands except presenting the bill

   A great disappointment. Poor choices on the menu, bad food, tartare with pepper, impossible to eat. Depressing atmosphere. Despite of the few tables occupied, the service was not good, and it was loud. I’ll never come back.

    I had expectations before I arrived but when I arrived and all through my time there, I had the best service and it exceeded my expectations! Love the atmosphere and hospitality. The food was amazing and cocktails was top of the line.
