Restaurant Review I visited Kitchen No. 32 4 recently and was really disappointed with the service, particularly from the host. Despite several empty tables, we were made to wait for 20 minutes to be seated. There was no explanation or acknowledgment of the delay, which made the experience even more frustrating. On top of that, the host had absolutely no personality, no smile, no warmth, not even basic courtesy. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. This kind of unwelcoming atmosphere can ruin the entire dining experience before it even starts. The food and ambiance may be great (if you eventually get seated), but the lack of hospitality at the front really puts a damper on everything.

We dined at Kitchen 324 for brunch on a Saturday. We had reservations but still had to wait about 25 minutes after our reservation to get a table. The service was excellent and the food was good as always. The restaurant was very busy and the sound level was such that it was difficult to converse with others at our table. The restaurant itself is very nice and upscale but it is difficult to carry on conversations with your tablemates.

The staff was so accommodating after we had some friends want to join us. Thank you so much! Also, Mandy, our server was 10/10! She handled everything perfectly and was just kind. Thank you making our Sunday brunch amazing!

Best apple fritters!!! Love every thing at Kitchen 324. My only complaint is the table are too close together, but it doesn’t stop of from eating here every time we are in town!

I enjoyed the experience I wish the pancake wasn’t as big so that I didn’t have to pay for what I wasn’t going to eat. I would’ve liked my eggs to be cooked the way I asked and actually be real. Overall cool experience didn’t enjoy how close I was to the other party. The person got up and legit bent over in my face for 20 seconds too long lol.
