Die Küche im Koshary Lux ist unfassbar lecker & frisch! Der Fokus im liegt auf dem frischen, gesunden Produkt & fein abgstimmten Geschmack. Kein Theater um gekünstelte Präsentation, unmittelbar zusammen gestellt. Gefühlt isst man in einem relaxten "Zuhause" in dem sehr viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Serviert wird unprätentiös in Blechgeschirr oder Glasschälchen, was aber darin serviert wird, das überzeugt durch tollen Eigengeschmack. Ein toller Ort auch für Veganer_innen oder Vegetarier_innen, denn die Auswahl ist hier sehr groß, was eher nicht an einem veganen Fokus liegt, sondern daran, dass viele der Gerichte von Haus aus immer schon vegan waren. Das Sättigungsgefühl ist angenehm aber nicht beschwerend. Absolute Empfehlung!
