海外からの新婚旅行の友人を招待し、大変満足してもらえました。事前にデザートプレートのリクエストをしておりましたが、スマートにご対応いただき、喜んでもらえたのがうれしかったです。スタッフの皆さまの英語が堪能でとても助かりました。お料理はお肉はもちろなのですが、牛肉と野菜のスープが美味でした。またお伺いしたいと思います。

My favorite dining experience in Tokyo. Upon entry the service was impeccable. My server spoke english fluently which made it easy to understand the menu, however, this is just an additive. While in Japan, I do not expect english speaking staff as that would be absurd. The food was wonderful and thoughtful. I left full, but not stuff. Definitely would highly recommended

Great and professional service. The food was exceptional, truly elevating the flavors of beef. The restaurant only offers a 5 course/tasting menu with different beef sizes/variations focused on highlighting Kobe beef beyond the grill. It is a pricy place, but the experience worth it. The beef jerky was soft and flavorful, far surpassing any typical American jerky. The salmon sashimi with a beefy/smoky touch was simply delightful. The Kobe sushi was elegant, a subtle culinary poem. The soup was tasty but could benefit from a more adventurous twist—perhaps a Mexican or Argentinian-inspired “jugo de carne” would elevate it further. But the main dish, the grilled Kobe, was superb. It had a boasting amazing flavor was perfectly cooked. While I would suggest a change in presentation, the taste and preparation was top notch. My only downside, the ambience, it was a little bit "lacking". The decor is minimalist and modern, featuring functional European touches. It offered privacy and a quiet atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for a business dinner or discreet gathering. Overall, a memorable dining experience!
