   I love coming here! I ordered a Lychee martini and IN THE PAST, they were always out of the lychee fruit add on. They finally had it!!! The food was amazing but the Chef wasn’t as enthusiastic as the other chefs. So we kept looking towards other tables to see what was going on. I will take that as he was “reading the table” because 6 people were like “sour pus’s” and not enjoying the show. They weren’t part of our party. The food was great, the service was great, but I think the other table guests ruined the vibe and ambiance. I’ll keep coming here!!! Happy was GREAT!!!!

   Went to celebrate my son’s birthday. We sat within about 10-15 minutes of our reservation time which isn’t bad for hibachi seating. Food tasted great (filet, chicken, shrimp, lobster) and the portions were pretty good (the rice/noodles/veggie portions were huge!) Most of us took home a lot of leftovers. Our chef was fun and entertaining and service was really good. We like coming here for birthday celebrations. They sang for the three birthdays at the table and brought them cupcakes.

   I was not happy. I made a reservation for 14 people. WHen they seated us they wanted ten people to sit at one table and 4 to sit at another table. So it ended up putting 12 at one table and my wife and I alone at another table. It was not what we wanted but it was the only solution. I won't be back.

   I visited Kobe’s Steakhouse on Kirkman Road to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what I expected. Upon arrival, the hostess asked me to wait a moment, which I gladly did. However, after five minutes of sitting there, I watched as she proceeded to check in another guest who had just arrived, completely forgetting about me. Only after I spoke up did she realize her mistake, at which point a second hostess stepped in to check us in and take us to our table. Unfortunately, once we began walking, she realized the table wasn’t ready, and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Once seated, another issue arose—the hostess realized they had mistakenly seated our table incorrectly and attempted to rearrange guests, which caused frustration among those already settled. She also asked about food allergies, which is understandable, but then returned two more times to ask the same question. When the hibachi chef arrived, he was not engaging or interactive, doing only the bare minimum. To top it off, he mistakenly placed my shrimp order on my daughter’s plate. Overall, I was not impressed with this location. The service was disorganized, and the food was mediocre. This has not been my experience with other Kobe’s locations, which have generally been much better. I hope management takes steps to improve customer service at this location.

   Great place for larger groups of 10. Our Chef, Eddie was great and entertaining. Our food was good and we enjoyed the experience. It is in a busy location with other businesses, so parking is not the best but overall, everything else was great.

   Had a reservation, ended up waiting 20 minutes to be seated. Once at the table, drinks and orders were taken but it was another 30 minutes before the chef showed up. He wasn't very skilled and barely interacted with the table, kept dropping things, etc. We had sushi and hibachi, food was ok but not great. For the price we expected better quality food and a better show. Walked away unimpressed.

   Our chef Joel was amazing! I got the seafood trio and it was fresh and delicious. The portions are HUGE and very easy make for another two meals. Special place for any occasion!

   Grill was too hot, vegetables were burned, chicken sat on the grill the entire time he cooked all the other food, was so overdone it was inedible

    Best experience ever at the Kirkman location. Our Hibachi chef Eddie was fun and entertaining. I apologize for not remembering my servers name but he was very professional and attentive. I would also like to add that the food quality was definitely better than what I’ve had at the Brandon and Kissimmee locations. Wonderful night
