   After waiting 35 mins after being sat at our table the waitress comes over with one of the managers and asks if we had been helped. Odd question as we are sitting there at your assigned table and no food no drinks no napkins no nothing. After telling her no the manager said he will comp a drink or appetizer for the wait. Cool we thought. The waitress took our order and within 10ins the appetizers were delivered. However. No silverware nor plates nor napkins came along with them. Just dumped on the table and she left. We waited 10 mins to flag another employer down for her to bring us these items. Our waitress shows back up and keep in mind we have now been seated for about 45 mins and she asks if we are ready to order. Um we did when you took our drink and appetizer order and reminded her. She said oh let me go check the kitchen. Never seen here again and after another 15 mins of waiting we flagged down a very nice manager who was apologetic and said will make it right. Well we waited another 10 mins and decided to call it quits with this experience. The manager said we didn't have to pay and apologized. We were there 1hour and 40 mins and it was not a good experience at all. Sorry this was how my 1st time at your restaurant played out. I had better hopes for a good meal and company.

   Sometimes it just doesn’t work that well. To be kind I’m not sure servers are trained very well before working tables.

   Had an 8:30 reservation for Valentine's place was packed but that was expected. Seated to our table in 10 minutes no biggie again it's Valentine's. Was seated on the back patio it was warmed out there a little chilly though. A bar tender kind of greeted us he got us drinks to start from there it took us about 10-15 minutes to order after we sat down. Problem is we did not get our food until 9:35 and 9:45. We however were given free fried calamari which was nice after about 45 minutes of waiting. I got the steak with shrimp and it was okay but it was not worth the price. My girlfriend got some sort of spicy sushi it was okay again not the quality either of us expected for a tab of almost $100. Food was okay but over priced definitely inflated for Valentine's but waiting close to 2 hours for our food not what we were expecting service could have been much better.

   We waited over an hour and a half for our food! A table next to us waited over two hours. Overall this food place wasn’t very good

   Had a reservation at 7:30. We weren’t seated til about 8:30. When we were seated we were told that it would be another 1.5-2hr wait for our food to come out once we ordered.

   We had a reservation for 730. At 8 o’clock we still had not been seated. The hostess informed me that reservations are not seated first. Why make a reservation if it’s not going to be honored? Once we were seated we learned that once we placed our order, it would be another hour to receive it. We left. We went next door where we seated quickly and were served a wonderful 3 course meal.

   Terrible this place is terrible had a reservation at 7:15pm didn't get sat till 7:30 I placed an order right away since I did see there was a lot of people around 8:20 waiter came to give us drinks but no update I also noticed they kept seating people as no food was being brought out 9 o clock hits and still nothing even from the waiter it's now 9:30 and the waiter comes and tells us our food is next about 9:45 the waiter comes back to tell us are order was never submitted and that they are also out of what my partner ordered he brought us a menu expecting us to still want to order something else as he stated "he'll take care of us" as in he shouldn't have been taking care of us already im just so confused what he seen that he had just told us our food was coming out next and not even a manager coming out to apologize it's all so unbelievably.

   We understand that it was busy, but we had a reservation for 7 and we were not seated until 7:30. Then we ordered our food at 7:45, and did not receive it until 8:45. When the food came out it was cold, which was disappointing. It also felt very overpriced, and not worth the wait or the price.

   We were there for Valentine’s Day and it was the most awful experience we ever encountered at a restaurant. Our table was given to a different party, we got seated half hour late to a made-up table in the back. We waited 2.5 hrs for food, after multiple people from our group walked around the restaurant looking for our waitress and eventually the manager. We were informed some dishes were no longer available but were not given choices of replacement dishes. 3 hours later we were finally brought our food which was cold and underwhelming. The entire experience was beyond anything we ever experienced anywhere else… Eventually we talked to the manager and we didn’t have to pay the bill after all the distress.
