    I rarely leave a review but our dinner was just amazing. We were there to celebrate my parents’ anniversary. La Bodeguita has great ambiance but the servers worked together as a team though our main server Pedro was just hands down amazing and patient about my inquiry on nuts on meals and desserts.

    Absolutely amazing service and food! Delicious! You may sweat out garlic the next day but completely worth it! We had a traditional chicken entree and a delicious shrimp dish and app! Thinking of getting a Cuban for the ride back to Cinci!🤣

    Always delicious. When traveling to the area for bourbon tours, we go out of our way eat here every time we are in the area. It does not disappoint.

    La Bodeguita is one of our favorite spots in all of Louisville! The food is amazing, the drinks are perfect and service is always wonderful. Louisville is such a foodie town that we try to try new places as much as possible but we always find ourselves back at La Bodeguita at least every couple of months. Can’t rave about this place enough. Highly recommend! This is a must stop eatery for anyone living in or visiting Louisville.

    The food and service were great. However, we had a few minor quibbles: 1. We booked an outside table for lunch, but upon arrival were told the patio was only open for dinner. 2. We ordered two appetizers, a salad, and mains, and all the food arrived at once. Our table was crowded with plates of food growing cold. Whoever expedited the food should have sent out the appetizers first. 3. This restaurant is VERY noisy as the music is VERY LOUD. We had to shout to hear our server and each other and had to ask our server to repeat herself several times. We asked twice if the music volume could be turned down, the server agreed to do so, but nothing happened. The food is excellent but be prepared to put up with some minor inconveniences.

    I had been wanting to go here for a very long time and the restaurant did not disappoint any of the excitement I had built up. Great service in a fun and very appealing with a wonderful story to tell. Great for two or the whole family. The warning is it can be loud when it is full because of all the hard surfaces. However, the variety of rooms in the unique building helps.
