   Restaurant made us wait 1h before seating us in the indoor dome booth, which was booked. They kept saying 10-15 more minutes before eventually seating us at our proper table. Food took long to serve and I overheard other tables asking for their food multiple times, citing the long wait times. The food itself was hot and tasty but it wasn’t anything special that you couldn’t get at another Indian restaurant. They also don’t serve tap water and only serve bottled water…is this not a human rights violation? Finally, at the end of the night, they solicit diners for 5 star reviews on Google which felt both very tacky but also explains their high rating online. Overall, I was very disappointed with how this restaurant treated me. I saw the same thing to other diners that night as well. I’m not sure if this was a one off today for all diners, but it felt more like the standard. I would highly encourage others to read this review before going. On a positive note, two of the servers were very nice. One was dismissive and rude when halfway through we explained that we have been waiting for half an hour without an update, but c’est la vie.

   It was the best experience i ever had at a restaurant Specially the staff was so nice and thrir bronze package for individual patio is really something. This is gonna be my come back restaurant for sure

   We went to celebrate my husband' bday and booked the igloo for the occasion. We were told that Igloo would be a smoking area, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. We had to sit inside as we had our mom with us. The food was okay. Some items were good, like chili chicken, but some were not up to the mark like gol gappa and malai soya chaap. The dining room was extremely cold, and we had to keep our winter jackets on. Overall, it was an okay experience, and I was not tempted enough to visit again.

   Food was good. Service was amazing. Had veg noodles, fries for baby and chap and chicken Momo's. It's good experience.

   The food is absolutely delicious, and the ambiance is amazing. However, we faced a couple of issues during our visit. The couple igloo has limited space, making it a bit difficult to move around comfortably. Additionally, the table inside the igloo feels oversized for two people, further reducing the available space. Another concern is the high decoration charges. Simple additions like rose petals and tea lights are priced at $100, which feels excessive. While the experience was overall pleasant, these aspects could be improved for a better experience.

   Was really a good experience, the service and food was really good . My suggestion is the seats in the igloo are extremely uncomfortable, there are so low and make eating food really hard, it will be better if they can be lil higher and firm, so people can enjoy sitting . Thanks .

   It was ok but we didn’t like customer service 4 different waiters came for service and we were calling them to take order they took so long to come and they didn’t even offer main course plates after we had our half dinner server said oh sorry I forgot to give you plates. Not satisfied with the service but food was good

   Environment, serving staff and food service pretty great. Options are quite less for course meal but quality of food is amazing. Hope they add some more options in menu. Overall, Had great experience yesterday.
