About this restaurant

Mexican chef, member of Master Chef Mexico, member of L' Academie Culinaria de France.

Over the course his 32-year career, chef Rivera has received numerous accolades, including ninth place in the 1999 "Bocuse D'or", the most prestigious culinary competition in the world.

Gerardo has opened several successful restaurants in Mexico City such as "La Fenetre y Sales y Soles"; he is pupil of renowned, Oliver Lombard and has represented Mexico at festivals in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Buenos Aires. And has served as a judge in international cooking competitions held in Lyon, France, Uruguay and Chile.

Gerardo is an active member of L'Academie Culinaire de France" and "Maestros Cocineros de México" and represents the Vatel Club of Mexico as president in Baja California Sur.
